All personal data provided by customers in the course of ordering goods through the website www.ebike-devin.sk and the Facebook page Ebike Devín are collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the law No. 122/2013 Coll. on personal data protection (hereinafter referred to as "PDP Act"). The provision of personal data occurs when sending a reservation and includes the data specified in the reservation. By sending a reservation or concluding a rental contract for an electric bike, the customer consents, in accordance with the law No. 122/2013 Coll., to the seller processing, collecting, and storing his personal data for the purposes of contract conclusion, handling reservations, and related communication with the customer, as well as after successful handling of the reservation for the purposes of fulfilling the contract and maintaining the relevant records (e.g., handling complaints, accounting), until the customer's written disagreement with this processing.
Personal data are processed to the extent of: name, surname, address, phone, email. The customer has the right to access their personal data, the right to their correction, including other legal rights to these data. The seller does not provide, disclose, or make personal data of customers available to any other person, except for companies providing accounting, to whom the personal data of customers are transferred to the minimum extent necessary for the purposes of performing the agenda.
Consent to the processing of personal data is granted for an indefinite period and can be revoked at any time by an explicit and specific expression in written form addressed to the seller, preferably by email.
According to the law No. 122/2013 Coll., in connection with the processing of personal data, the customer has the following rights: The customer has the right, based on a written request from the seller, to require: a) confirmation whether or not personal data about him are being processed, b) in a generally understandable form, information about the processing of personal data in the information system to the extent according to § 15 para. 1 letters a) to e) second to sixth points; upon issuing a decision according to paragraph 5, the data subject is entitled to acquaint themselves with the procedure of processing and evaluating operations, c) in a generally understandable form, precise information about the source from which his personal data were obtained for processing, d) in a generally understandable form, a list of his personal data that are being processed, e) correction or deletion of his incorrect, incomplete, or outdated personal data that are being processed, f) deletion of his personal data whose purpose of processing has ended; if official documents containing personal data are the subject of processing, he may request their return, g) deletion of his personal data that are being processed if there has been a violation of the law, h) blocking of his personal data due to the withdrawal of consent before the expiration of its validity, if the operator processes personal data based on the consent of the data subject. The customer has the right to object to the seller based on a written request to: a) processing of his personal data, which he assumes are or will be processed for the purposes of direct marketing without his consent, and request their deletion, b) use of personal data stated in § 10 para. 3 letter d) for the purposes of direct marketing in postal communication, or c) provision of personal data stated in § 10 para. 3 letter d) for the purposes of direct marketing.
